Print receipts on A4 or an 80 mm thermal printer

Set up your receipts

1. Open Settings → Receipt branding (owners and admins).
2. Under Logo, upload a PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP file up to 2 MB. A wide logo on a transparent background prints best.
3. Pick a Brand colour and add Header text (printed under your clinic details) and Footer text (a thank-you note, return policy or bank details).
4. Choose whether to Show logo and Show tax number.
5. Choose the Paper size: A4 page or 80 mm thermal roll.
6. Check the Live preview, then press Save branding.

Print a receipt

1. Open the invoice and press Receipt.
2. Press Print receipt. The page prints only the receipt, without the app around it.

A4 or thermal?

• A4 suits clinics that give owners a full invoice with the client's address and a line-by-line table.
• 80 mm thermal suits a busy counter: compact, fast and cheap to print.

You can also send the client a summary: the invoice page has a WhatsApp button and Copy summary.
