- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with no card needed. During the trial you get the Clinic plan's limits, so the whole team can try everything.
- What happens after the free trial?
- Choose a plan to keep going. If you don't, your account pauses. We never charge without asking.
- How do we pay?
- Clinics pay in PKR by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, and send us the reference; we switch the plan on the same day. Plans are billed monthly.
- What counts as a vet and what counts as staff?
- Team members with the Vet role use vet seats. Everyone else, such as admins, nurses and reception, uses staff seats. The clinic's first owner is free.
- What is an AI note?
- Each draft the AI writes, a SOAP note draft or an owner take-home note, counts as one AI note. Dictation through the browser and notes you type yourself don't count, and the allowance resets on the 1st of each month.
- Do we lose our data if we leave?
- No. Your clinic owns its data. Export CSV files or a full JSON backup from Settings at any time.
- Can you move our records from another system?
- Yes. You can import clients, pets, vaccinations, past visits and stock from spreadsheets, and our team helps you plan and check the move.
