Book a groom
- Open Grooming and press New grooming.
- Choose the Pet (billed to its owner) and When.
- Pick a Package: Bath & brush, Full groom, Nail trim, Ear cleaning, De-shedding, Puppy groom, or Custom… to type your own.
- Add the Groomer, the Price and notes such as coat condition or the owner's style request.
Run the day from the board
The Board tab shows one day at a time, with jobs grouped by status and totals for jobs, in progress, done and booked value. Move each job along with its buttons:
- Start moves a booked job to In progress (Back undoes it).
- Done finishes it (Reopen if you need to).
- Cancel removes it from the board; cancelled jobs can be found in the List tab and restored.
Bill a groom
When a job is done, press Bill to create an invoice for the package price. You can add products or other services on the invoice before taking payment.
