Your data is yours. Owners and admins can download it at any time from Settings → Data.
CSV exports
Each of these downloads as a CSV file that opens in Excel or Google Sheets:
- Clients, Patients, Appointments
- Visits & SOAP notes, Vaccinations, Prescriptions
- Invoices, Invoice items, Payments
- Products, Expenses
Full backup
Press Full backup (JSON) to download every record Vetlyn stores for your clinic, including clinical, billing, stock, staff and settings, as one file. We recommend downloading one regularly and keeping it somewhere safe.
Report exports
The tables on the Reports pages (Overview, Sales, Clinical, Stock and Staff) have their own CSV buttons for the period you're looking at.
Closing your clinic account
To protect you from accidents, deleting a clinic isn't done from the app. Download a full backup first, then use Contact support to delete the clinic in the Danger zone on the Data tab. It opens an email to us from the owner's address.
