Create your clinic and invite your team

Sign up

1. Go to vetlyn.co/signup and enter your Full name, Work email and a password, then accept the terms.
2. On Tell us about your clinic, enter the Clinic name and choose your Country and currency. This sets your currency and time zone; you can change both later in Settings.
3. You land on the Overview dashboard as the clinic's Owner.

Your free trial lasts 30 days and doesn't need a card.

Invite your team

1. Open Settings → Team & roles.
2. Under Invite someone, enter the colleague's Email address and choose a Role (Admin, Vet, Nurse or Reception; owners can also invite another Owner).
3. Press Create invite link. Copy the link, or use the WhatsApp or email buttons to send it with a short message.
4. Your colleague opens the link, signs in or creates an account with the invited email address, and accepts. They then appear under Team members.

Only the clinic owner or an admin can invite people, change roles or remove members. See Roles and permissions for what each role can do.
