1.Who delivers your order
Every order is sold and sent by the clinic or store you bought from, from its own stock. Sellers use their own riders or a courier company (for example TCS, Leopards, PostEx, Trax, M&P or others). Pawzaar doesn't hold stock or run deliveries.
If you order from more than one seller in one checkout, each seller sends its own package, with its own delivery fee and timeline.
2.Delivery areas and fees
- Each seller chooses the cities it delivers to. If a seller doesn't deliver to your city, checkout offers pickup at the clinic instead (where available).
- Each seller sets its own delivery fee and may offer free delivery above an order amount. You see the exact fee for every package before you place the order.
- Prices and fees are in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and include everything you pay the seller. There are no hidden Pawzaar charges for buyers.
3.Confirmation and delivery times
- Order confirmation
- The seller calls or WhatsApps you to confirm, usually within 24 business hours. Orders that aren't confirmed in time are cancelled automatically and you're told.
- Dispatch
- Confirmed orders are handed to the rider or courier within 2 business days.
- Arrival
- Each seller shows an estimate (for example 1 to 4 days) on the product page and at checkout. It counts from confirmation.
- Business hours
- 10:00 to 19:00, Monday to Saturday (Pakistan time), except public holidays
Couriers in Pakistan sometimes face delays from weather, strikes, road closures and public holidays. If your order is late, the order page shows the latest status and you can message the seller or Pawzaar support.
4.Cash on delivery (COD)
- You pay the rider in cash when the parcel arrives. Please keep the exact amount ready; riders may not carry change.
- The amount to pay is shown on your order page. Never pay more than that, and never pay a rider for a parcel you didn't order.
- Sellers collect the cash through their own rider or courier. Pawzaar never asks you to send money to a personal account for an order.
- Some sellers set a cash-on-delivery limit for very large orders. You'll see it at checkout, with pickup offered instead.
- Card and mobile-wallet payments online aren't available yet.
5.If the courier can't reach you
- If a delivery attempt fails (phone off, nobody home, wrong address), your order page shows "Delivery attempt failed" and you can ask for another attempt or cancel.
- After 2 failed attempts, or 3 days without an answer, the parcel goes back to the seller and the order is closed. You pay nothing.
- Please keep your phone on and give a full address with a landmark. It saves everyone time.
Refusing a parcel you ordered, without a good reason, costs the seller delivery charges both ways. If a number refuses parcels repeatedly, sellers may ask that buyer to collect at the clinic or confirm by phone first.
6.Clinic pickup
- Choose pickup at checkout and pay at the clinic counter (cash or the clinic's own card machine).
- When your order is ready, you'll get a message and a pickup code on your order page. Show the code at the counter.
- Pickup orders are held for 5 days. If they aren't collected, they're cancelled and the stock goes back on the shelf.
- Prescription medicines and vaccines are pickup only and handed over after a check at the counter (see the prohibited and restricted items policy).
7.Cancelling an order
- Before the seller packs it: cancel instantly from your order page.
- After it's packed but before it's sent: you can ask the seller to cancel. They answer within 24 hours.
- Once it's on the way: it can't be cancelled online. You may refuse it at the door, or return it if it qualifies.
The full rules are in the Buyer terms of use. Track any order from Track an order.
8.Who is responsible in transit
The seller is responsible for your order until it is handed to you (or you collect it). If it is lost or damaged on the way, the seller replaces or refunds it.
